Negative Tests but lots of pregnancy symptoms

Hi, hope someone can help ?! my last period started on November 4th 2012 . My Cycles last between 30-37 days. For 5 Days now I've felt sick , a bit emotional , have had cramping and lower back ache and today very sore boobs. I've done 4 tests this week and all have been negative but yet I can't shake the sickly feeling and I feel pregnant (not my first so know the feeling well) .....is there a chance I could be testing to early maybe ?

Possibly depending on when you ovulated, implanted, etc. give it some more days and test again.
