Could this be implantation too???

On 10/18/12, I had what I thought was a period. It came on like a period and lasted about 3 days. Then, unlike a period, it ended abrubtly. On 10/23/12 I took a random pregnancy test that I had in the cabinet and it came back +. Had blood done and YEP! I was preggers. 3 days later I M/C at 4 1/2 weeks. 2 weeks after my M/C, I had my first AF. of course I am TTC, and today I would be 11 DPO. Well, I started bleeding, not heavily, much like the flow on the 18th when I thought it was my period. I was wondering if the same thing might be happening again? I have all these preggo symptoms and my period wasnt supposed to start for another 5 days. I have very little cramping and it;s very light bleeding. I'm confused and maybe just grasping at straws. I'd feel better knowing that someone else has gone through this. I pretty much think I am out this month. Just need some reassurance that all will work out and be okay inn the end.
