Pregnant but no sore breasts?

Ok, so I find it hard to know if I have sore breasts or not... I'm a runner and lifter, so any soreness seems to get chalked up to a good workout.

Also, does everyone experience that?

I had zero soreness or breast growth during my entire pregnancy...the day after I delivered, I woke up 2 cup sizes larger and in pain. That's just me tho, I had no symptoms at all except for the boots to the ribs everyday.
