Could this be excessive implantation bleeding or period?

I started spotting on 10dpo and continued on 11dpo, but my period was due 13-15dpo. Now i just have a thin period (completely unlike all my past periods). On 10&11dpo i had pregnant like symptoms; nausea, tender breasts, dizzyness, fatigue, temp dip, mild cramping with spotting, butt the only symptom i have today is pulling feeling on my lower back. TMI I want to add that i have thin/tissue like clots coming out.
