If you're throwing up yellow (bile) you probably have an empty stomach, thus nothing to throw up.
If you have other issues (like sharp, stabbing pain in your upper right abdomen or in the area where your ribs meet, just under your chest), go to your primary and discuss gall bladder issues-I know that from experience!

It does not mean that you for sure are. The yellow stuff is bile, which means nothing is on your stomach when you throw up. How many dpo are you? I would take a hpt if it continues and you are late for af or have other symptoms.

When I was pregnant with my first, I did have many mornings throwing up that bitter, nasty yellow bile stuff :( However, I wouldn't count it as a definite sign, as it can be related to other issues. Testing is the only way to know for sure!
