Shoot. Taking provera but ovulating?? Help!
I had a miscarriage on October 8th and i usually ovulate right on time (14 days after bleeding starts) I didnt ovulate and my doctor recommended to take provera (high dose progesterone) for 5 days to get a good heavy period before ttc again because i only bled for 2 days with my miscarriage and since i was on progesterone gel to help baby stick i should have bled super heavy for longer and i didnt...so i am on day 3 of the provera but i was having ovulation pains this am and took an opk and it was positive...me and my hubby had sex lastnight so what if i get pregnant? will the baby just not attach and come out when i start bleeding since im about to start a period? (i usually start 2 days after i get done taking the provera) Or is it possible to still get pregnant and stay pregnant?? if my egg got fertilized it would most likely try to implant while im having my period so...idk what will happen? Ill call my doc monday but since its saturday i figured id ask yall

AF is in fact the detachement of the uterus lining. Generally, it takes between 6 and 7 day after the period to your lining to grow back again.
A fertilized egg nee to attach to the lining to survive. So if you start the provera, event if you're on day 3, the pills already does its job, so I don't think a pregnancy can be possible.
You should just wait to have AF, and then try when you're going to O.
Good luck!
