Has anyone ever gotten a kydney infection after having an HsG test?

I had an HsG 2 weeks ago. About 4 days after I started feeling off. I was bloated, nauseous, having a pulling in my abdomen, and my lower back was starting to ache on and off. But no temperature! So I suspected pregnancy and not infection! Yesterday my lower back was killing me! So the doctor said I have a kydney infection! I googled it and it seems kydney infections are common after an HsG!

I didn't know it was common but i had one done in Aug and i was totally fine after i left the place.
