Is sharp, stabbing pain a bad sign?

Hi all,
I am 10 dpo, and I got a faint positive this afternoon. But this evening I got a sharp pain on left side that made me double over. Is this a bad sign?

I hope it's a good sign! Same thing happened to me at 7dpo. Just 4 or 5 very sharp psins & then nothing. I have endometriosis so im always experiencing pains but these were very painful & quick
