10dpo first bfn yesterday still having symptoms

2dpo and I am having wierd symptoms nausea, dizziness, decreased appitiete, frequent bathroom ue, and I am very gassy.
7dpo still have all the same symptoms add twinges in both sides they dont hurt just catch me off gaurd kinda like muscel spasms they a small though also headache and very gassy now
8dpo and we can add horrible dreams to the mix like really quite terrible and i never remember my dreams but now i have been and I have sore bbs it like this lingering pain and very sensitive nipples
9dpo- headaches sore bbs vivid dreams sensitive nipples acne breakouts everywhere, and freguant peeing back pain took a test got a bfn
10dpo- thought all the symptoms had gone away then got very nausous sore through out the lower part of my back and a slight headache and the vivid dreams have continued I have also been peeing alot like anything i drink seems to go right through me
