Light bleeding and pain during sex, all around O time.

Okay, So yesterday on CD 15 I woke up and got a + OPK. When going pee to test with first thing that morning, I wiped and there was bright pink blood. Not just spotting, but nothing I would even call moderate, just light. (hurried up and BD). After about an hour I went again, wiped, it had stayed about the same but was now bright red. Another hour, pretty much nothing. Next day, extremely light spot when wiping that morning (CD 16) and then right around noon went again and blood in EWCM. Hurried up and BD with DH and it was pretty painful for me. I felt a stabbing in my left ovary area, which is the one I ovulated from. I haven't had anymore + OPK's since the first one on CD 15. What do you guys think about the blood and pain?
