Q: Insemination in a days time......omw

Hi, I will be doing an insemination, just waiting for docs confirmation, anybody have any advice or tips for me. Does anybody knw what will the nxt step be after the procedure, could I still carry on with chored and work???

I had a lot of cramping afterward but I think it was mostly due to ovulation. I had two big follicles. The procedure doesn't hurt too much and it is super quick. I just finished my cycle and BFN but I go back tomorrow to see if I can start again. Good luck!

My doctor told me I have no resrtrictions after my IUI. Make sure you ask though everyone is different. Did you also use clomid or injectables with it? I have had good experience with IUIs just mild cramping after. You will do fine :) Good luck!!
