When I was 6 or so wks pg, I passed a huge clot about the size of a baseball. I went on to deliver at 40 wks. I do agree with others though to get it checked out.
I freaked out when that happened as I just miscarried 3 months prior and I thought for sure I was m/c again. I went into the ER and they did a vag. sono.

There are women who have bleed red and passed clots and still went on to have healthy babies. It could also be a Subchorionic Hematoma However, it could definitely be a sign of a miscarriage. Please call your OB (I'm sure they have an after hours line) and let them know what's going on. More then likely, they will do an ultrasound and blood work to confirm one way or another. I hope things turn out well for you. GL!

I would recommend that you contact your doctor or OBGYN about this because we would only be guessing, I have heard that it is not normal to pass tissue but spotting is a normal thing that can happen. It is best to seek the advice of a professional just incase it is something serious. Best of luck to you.
