Don't know what to think

Took OPK and found out I O'd on Feb 9th took a PT test today and it was neg at 12DPO. Haveing a lot of symptoms: naseua started today, back and brest pain for four days now. Had on off twinges and little pains in lower ab. Don't know what to think or do. My cycles are always of but last cycle I got put on clomid....as that is how I got preg with my first son that I wasn't suppose to have......really wanted another child with my fiance one that is his bio. This waiting is driving me insane. Any one have any advice?
