im worried about my wife, is she pregnant ?

hi, im very worried about my wife, any advice gratefully received !
she thinks she is pregnant, hasnt missed her period for at least 4months - which is how long she thinks she is gone, she has done many tests & all negative, plus we've only ever had protected sex.
she says she has other symptons, she is a bit vague on these... things like sore breasts & not being able to wear contact lenses ?! she has gained weight, but to be frank so have i as we both have crappy diets !

I expect the best advice is going to be go to the docs, which ive mentioned several times.
