Q: confused after taking morning after pill

i am a bit worried that my girlfriend might be pregnant...so here it is.

she took morning after pill 4 hrs after the condom split on 30th april. but she had her period on time even though her period is not regular. but she told me her period was completely normal. then her next period was 9 days later than its supposed to be but even that was completely normal. could she be pregnant?
because recently she told me that in the past 10 days she had a loss in apetite...she had a stuffed and bloody nose for a few days n her nose still hurts...and for a few days her nose got extra sensitive to smell but now its not extra sensitive. she was feeling a bit nauseated when she woke up today... n she is really tired for the last few days but that could be due to her hectic schedule...

at first i was not worried because she had normal periods but when she told me all tis, it got me a little worried. can anyone help me with this.
