Q: cramping 10 dpo

I am stil having cramping 10 dpo not usual for me...is that normal does anyone else experience that...I have been having backpains last couple of days...I miscarried in march so I am alittle paranoid...has anyone else experienced these things for so long...I have had cramping almost everyday since ovulation...anyone else experience these things...the cramping today is like AF but its too early for me to have af...advice please...you can look at my chart my temperatures are up still too

Im 8-9dpo & ive been having dull cramping here and there since about 2dpo or so..also pinching pain & twinges in lower right abdomen by ovary..& lower backache every day..headaches,white lotiony cm too
