TTC with stalk Fibriods

So I've been taking my BBT since Jan and for the last two months been using ovulation strips. I genuinely thought this was my month but it was not to be. I have also been diagnosed with fibroids and told I wont conceive easily. Is there anyone else who suffers from this that can give me a positive message.

I had mine removed in a d&c. I havn't gotten pregnant yet this time around. It's only been 2 cycles though.
