Anyone pregnant /trying without increased CF?

I have a lot of early preg signs but haven't had much CF at all since OV. Even then I never seem to have much. It seems like most have increased CF so I am trying not to read into my symptoms too much!
Anyone have success without CF? Or a like me and don't seem to have much? Thanks ladies!

I have PCOS so I have like virtually none. You can buy preseed to help with that. It wont kill the sperm like normal lubes do. I used that up until I got pregnant.
