Positive opk test- cant bd for 31hrs, am I out ???

Hi Ladies!
I just got my first positive OPK test. This is the first one I've ever got :)
So only problem my partner won't be home for 31hrs! Is this going to be too late? What are my chances? :(

I had a friend that was on femara and the trigger shot and when they used the trigger shot they were told to do the deed exactly 36hrs after...but everyone is different... And its worth a shot... Just be waiting for him literally at the floor! ;) Good luck!!
