Q: Any experiences of Agnus Castus?

I read somewhere that Agnus Castus has similar properties to Clomid, and helps to sort out your cycle and regulate things. I have PCOS and am about to give them a try. Any good experiences with this?

yes vitex is good to help regulate your cycle, im taking it and it has helped, sometimes it can take up to 6 months to see results, but it helped me after a month, soy iso is the herb that acts like clomid, i would suggest doing a ton of research (i did this) and see if you feel its right for you, good luck and let me know if i can be of anymore help! :)
