Usually an vaginal ultrasound to see if everything looks normal or if there are any abnormalities. Just be sure to give as much information as you can. They generally have a standard procedure for everybody. If its your regular OBGYN she will probably do some exploratory tests to see if you have any tubes blocked, or hormone problems, etc. Then if she cant figure it out or if it something beyond her capabilities then she will send you on to a fertility doctor.
