Q: can you give birth with a S1-L5 Disc herniation?
I have had a herniated disc for about 4 years now. WE are TTC and I wonder if pregnancy will be painful and if childbirth will be possible? I really don't want to do a C-Section.My back is fine, unless I do a lot of strenuous activity. then it gets pretty sore and I have to take ibprofen and muscle relaxers for it.
I think I will be ok since it's an "older" injury. But still a little scared.
