Vitamin E

Hello ladies just some interesting info and experience to pass along. I research constantly and recently found that vitamin E is very helpful in regulating hormones AND helps increase cm. Just wanted to let those of you who feel you may not produce enough cm because I've been taking it for about 3 days now and see a marked increase in my cm. Not quite sure if it my own body or if the vitamin is helping. Since the vitamin does no real harm I will continue to take it!
