Ok ladies need your experiences with Vitamins and recommendations....
I just read thatn vitamins cannot help regulate a cycle but.....I have also heard that vitamin B6 and soy isoflavones can possibly help. What are your experiences with vitamins????? Is it worth it to buy a few bottles or am I wasting my time and money??? Which vitamins did you take? The B complex or just B6 and any others that may have been successful for you!!

Hiya.....
1. B6- lengthen luteal phase by 2 days (went from 12 to 14 in one cycle) others may recommend taking this with a b complex or b12
2. EPO- evening primrose oil tablets (increased my cm in one cycle ALOT) stop taking it day of ovulation till cd1 of next cycle (hopefully won't be a NEXT CYCLE) lol
3. BROMELAIN CHEWABLES- 0dpo-5dpo (on empty stomach) heard it helps with implantation
4. PRENATALS- once a day
