Q: cycle day 11 cramps .. help!!

hello i am cd 11 i have been having af like cramps all day and very low backache almost hard to bend over i feel like im going to lock up at times. yesterday i had alot of sharp pinchy type pains in my right side close to my hip , litterally came and went like a contraction but didnt feel like one. just sharp pain . does anyone know what this all adds up to if anything?
