Why do my Tits hurt so much?

My Tits or breast hurt all day and all night! I can't wear my bra now because my bra makes my Tits hurt more. So many different things being said on the reasons why? Can you explain to me why do your breast hurt.

The breasts go through major changes during pregnancy. the tissue in your breasts contains glands that are responsible for milk production. when hormones rise during the first trimester the breasts kick in to high gear and start on milk production. this causes the breasts to swell and become hot. like with any swelling the effected area becomes sore or down right painful. your body will adjust to the changes. wear comfortable clothing and loose supporting bras that will help with the pain. a nice natural herbal tea might help you relax but make sure that you ask your Dr. about the best tea while being pregnant. I don't know if there is a natural tea that is bad while pregnant or trying ttc.
