is it possible to fall pregnant a few months after stopping contraception (Petogen 200mg)

i stopped going for my injection in June but i have developed some of the pregnancy symptoms like enlarged breast, fatigue, moods(crying), swelling ankles, weight gain, runny tummy, sometimes milk or watery stuff is visible on my nipples but home pregnancy test is negative

Could be your body readjusting after the birth control - I've heard that getting off BC can sometimes mimic pregnancy symptoms. When is your period due? If you're late I'd say see your doc to get a blood test.
