Sounds like refered pain. If things are happening in the abdomen it can irritate the diaphram which there is the phrenic nerve. This can cause pain in the shoulder that radiates down the arm. Sometimes it hurt just in the arm or the elbow and as you describe is a dull pain and shoots as if it is in the bone.

I know this because I suffer with endometriosis, which is a disease of the uterus. Not saying that that is what you have at all, but being 27 weeks pregnant there will be growing pressure on you chest organs which would explain the referred pain.

I would still check with the doctor just to be sure.
