does everyone have implantation bleeding?

okay yesterday (12/15) was 6dpo and i was cramping really bad! but no blood yet. I have been pregnant once before but i lost the baby at 10 1/2 weeks, and during that pregnancy i didn't have any implantation bleeding. Today I woke up totally exhausted like having to take "snappies" during the day or i just couldnt do it; i was even so tired that i drank coffee! i hate coffee and i only drink water. that is the only thing that got me through today. but anyway. do you guys think i implanted yesterday?
