6 day late period, bloating and slight dizzyness, Neg Preg test?! Help

My period was suppose to begin on Dec 9th,it is now the 15, two days ago i got bloating with feeling of gas, then at the end of today ive been feeling a bit dizzy, ive had feeling like my period was starting, went to the bathroom and nothing, just discharge in my underwear. Im very worried, went to see my doctor and took a urine test, i dont have the results back yet, but today i also took a home test and it came out neg. Please can someone explain this?! My periods usually arnt regular but this never happened before!
