sore nipples???

I had unprotected sex on my last day of period...
a week later I had bad/severe cramps and it lasted about 2 days. Cramps stopped for a week and now 12dpo has returned but mildely. Im supposed to start today according to my period calendor app. on my phone. I have been having headaches, bloating, mood swings, back aches, and sore nipples and tender breasts. They seem like PMS symptoms but why did i get the cramps a week after my period?? maybe a cyct? any advice is appreciated.
