Pelvic scan was clear of cysts and everything else. After 5 years of trying the sonography mentioned endometriosis. Back to docs Tuesday. Does this look like endo blood loss?

No idea what is going on with this cm. It's gone from very watery pale pink discharge (assumed period was starting) to ewcm and this. Its been over a week now..?!
