Someone help please, I’m a little confused. I’m CD 27 but no AF yet, I have no HPT at the moment (trying to hold off). I’m having af type cramps but EWCM, so I took a OPK to try and see what’s going on, is this positive?

Took a opk since I missed my period on Saturday and still don't have it. Why is it positive?But pregnancy test was negative? Confused because I'm 14 dpo. Can someone help me?
