I have irregular periods and for some reason i just felt like testing because my lower back been hurting and im nauseas, if anyone could help me id appreciate it. Thank you all weve been trying for 2 years, if we are this would be our rainbow baby. Please help

So I seen a vvfl with the 1 with 7dpo on it but convinced my self it was just and indent or evap so I did another test with just water, I see a tiny indent in it but no colour unlike the one I pee on, what do you guys think?
