Clearblue digital test said “not pregnant”decided to open it and there is 3 lines I think that is positive ?

Have no idea about dates. Was due for my IVF meeting tomo! Couple of odd things I noticed increase hunger in the mornings and more need for a wee but nothing else. Brought a £1 test and instantly positive and this CB done around 8pm yesterday, no hold. First pregnancy after complete molar.

I try to stay calm but it’s really hard.
Strip test getting darker like it shoud be. But cb dont show 3+ 
I try not freek out but…
