Could it be a notorious false positive? Makes me think negative since I’ve had absolutely no symptoms. Getting a pink test today and will update.

It’s not really a full line so I’m guessing it’s negative I have a first response but I don’t want to waste it. I had my iud taken out and my husband thinks the pull out method works and I know it doesn’t but I’m not sure when I’ll start I tried doing ovulation tests but it just kept getting lighter

Are these evaps?? Showed up within the 3 mm. They are definitely blue. I have a vaginal ultrasound scheduled tomorrow morning. I've been feeling off, nauseous, lightheaded, dizzy and sick to my stomach. Please vote and leave a comment. TIA. I was supposed to start my period yesterday.
UpdateI'm still unsure of the outcome but I did go to my ultrasound and there was a fluid filled sac inside my uterus that wasn't there 3 weeks ago at my previous ultrasound on April 29th.
