Started to spot on first day of AF but it has stayed with spotting never developed to a flow. Started out like a light pink watery discharge and a brownish mucus discharge only noticeable on toilet paper haven't even made it to panty liner?

I am 9 days late for my period. All prego test have come back negative. I started doing the bleach homemade test and get a positive every time, my hubby and friend's did it and they got a negative. Then just now when I wiped I had this. It's brown. What does this mean?? I can't stand the not knowing
