bottom tests yesterday top tests today what is going on please help

confused took a 10ml superdrug test this morning negative , to the the bottom 3 from same urine and the top from a separate urine no hold ??

Just an update:
These are the tests i took the other day that everyone voted positive on i then did an update to state must have been evaps but after meeting with my fertility consultant and getting bloods he said it was a chemical pregnancy :(
