I see a line! Much easier to see on invert with saturation up.

So I got a question I've never used the tools on here if you do then does it mean positive if you barely see the line cause I did that satuation one like you said momma to Sofia and I can definitely see it!!!!!

I just realized I asked if you had a better pic of this test on another post you did. I think this is 100% positive. Especially when you adjust the saturation. I say CONGRATS.
