I’ve been having this off and on since yesterday. Period isn’t due for a week. Could this be IB?

Thank you! That is true. No I don’t temp. I just thought it was really strange as I never had it before. Just been feeling a bit off.

Could be! Lots of things can cause spotting though - how's your progesterone? Do you temp?
