So confused. Period not due until fri and mon had a sharp pain in left ovary followed by cramps only in that area for about 10 min than started spotting. So on 10 dpo. A full week before my period. They are always 28 days exact and the same flows right from the start. Im not having cramping

Its been so light i could have worn the same pad past two days and it wouldnt be full yet. Its skanty. Weird thing also is symptoms all go away once bleeding starts but each day im feeling stronger symptoms still. So may just be an off mth but theres like no flow. Only when i wipe
