Could this be a sign of the early stages? I don’t usually get a white thick discharge. This doesn’t have any sort of smell but has a thick sticky contingency to it. I am quite hot today too & my boobs seem itchy. I’ve also had a few weird twinges, I bit like cramps but not painful
