I have tested today again and got very similar result. Today is my cycle day 14 and from all the sign I am or will be ovulating very soon.
Will add new picture of test.

Continued again so have sex till you also get your pos opk till your cervix closes and dries up do not stop till if not temping your cm turns dry or creamy and cervix will close and so make sure sex soon as u see wet or ewcm don't wait for opk to be pos to bd you want Sperm waiting for the egg

Continued.... so wet or ewcm stretches min 2" cool you can drop a bit in a cup or bowl and if it keeps like a ball and doesn't break that's not sperm that's very fertile get busy and check If yu like your cervix high open so sex every day you have wet/ewcm O cervix then when you get pos opk till ur
