I lost pieces of it at 34 weeks, then lost the whole thing at 36 weeks and then she was born a week later.

In my experience my mucus plug was thick, slug like in texture and yellow. That looks low some brown discharge. Any bleeding should be reported to you ob. If you're having contractions along with this, go to the ER. But know that the mucus plug does regenerate.
