6 dpo it waaay to early. The egg is still traveling down the tube. Your body won’t start producing hcg until the fertilized egg attaches to the lining of the womb. That usually happens around 9 dpo. Hcg doubles every 48 hours. Until then your body doesn’t know it is pregnant.
