I’ve never had bleeding after sex so don’t think it’s that, I’ve had cramping on my right Which feels like it goes all the way through to my back

Or it could simply be bleeding after sex. I haven’t ever had ovulation bleeding (4 pregnancies) but everyone is different. I can usually detect my ovulation based on cramping/pinching sensation...I only have my left ovary and tube so that could be why I know that ovary is trying to ovulate.
