take a pink dye test.

It was there within 10 minutes. I've had 4 tests all the same but no thickness there but I feel so sick every morning and my boobs are really heavy and sore! In person you can see the other side of the line but cant really see it in photo xx

If the lines are coming up within time frame then its positive. If the line doesn't show until after the time frame they are likely evaps. But if this line was there before end of time limit I definitely say positive!
