Bottom one looks positive. Don't worry about time of day, if u aren't surging, tests won't indicate such. Keep doing what ur doing. Good luck! =))

The best to do, I think, is to test in the evening after holding your pee for four hours, or at noon and in the evening if really you think you have a short surge window, but it's only with experience that you can know it.
