I did take a OPK as well And that was very much a negative.. I did get a positive OPK a couple of days ago so that’s how I know I’m around 5DPO

It is too early...the implantarion occurs between 6 and 12 dpo...retest in 3 to 5 days, perhaps you ovulated late and this is ovulation pain?
