It happens sometimes. Next cycle could end up being a quick 10hr surge. My longest was 8 days, I O'd on the 1st day (bbt). My shortest was like 8hrs...wouldve missed it if I wasn't an addict. Lol.

It’s not really worrying me I’m just confused why I keep still getting positives

The duration of the positive has absolutely no bearing on when or if u O. U can have a visible surge for a few hours or over a week. The first positive is the signal for ur body to attempt O. U need to track temps to confirm it. This does nothing but worry u (as demonstrated).
